Ninepot is born from Taiwan, and created for shared moments. Taiwanese Stone Pot Hotpot is a culinary tradition that begins not with soup, but with fire. Fresh ingredients are stir-fried at high heat first, releasing aroma and depth, before broth is slowly added.
This method is more than cooking — it is a culture of time and togetherness. We brought this tradition from Taiwan to the Philippines and founded Ninepot, the first Taiwanese Stone Pot Hotpot brand in the Philippines.
The name Ninepot represents a simple image: many people, one pot, and time spent together. In Taiwan, hotpot symbolizes companionship. In the Philippines, dining represents family and friendship. At Ninepot, these two cultures meet at one table. Our flavor begins with stir-frying.
Through high heat and careful timing, layers of aroma are built before the soup is introduced, creating a broth that carries both richness and warmth. We believe true dining is not rushed.
